"Horrible service. We have been returning customers for the past year or so. We called to renew our 3 autos. This representative was very rude in the way he was speaking to us so we asked for a supervisor. He refused and started saying oh this phone call is being recorded like what does that have to do with anything. We decided to go with another company because if I’m paying i don’t appreciate that attitude. What if one day i have a real issue he’s not going to be of help. Another thing is they never answer their phone always have to call like 4 or 5 times for them to answer."
